This global effort included bringing Workplace Services, Application Hosting Services, Network Services and Various other IT support services into production in the new outsourced environment around ther world." "Edward Hawkins will lead the effort to address both anticipated and unanticipated shortfalls in adopting the shared services model at Kraft." said Mr. Dharia. Kraft is in the later stages of their strategy to further improve global and regional performance by using shared services in the business process and information technology areas. These services range from administrative accounting to data center operations. The advantages to Kraft come in the form of overall reduced cost of services and enablement of business growth.
